Second Maintenance of the year.
Jean, was our representative to clean and do maintenance on our HVAC SYSTEM.
On time, polite, carefully clean as he enter our home.
Asked us if any issues or problem we would like to address to him.
There were no concerns, Jean went right to work. Towards the end of the service call, Jean walked me through all he’s done.
My service call was a success.

Our first maintenance of the year. Hey if you have not tried Caloosa Cooling for your A/C - heating unit.. you’re missing out on a great Company I trust to do all my HVAC service.
It was very nice to see a familiar face Charlie Pham as he walked up my driveway.
Very thorough with my service visit. Very clean and respectable to my home.
We spoke about a few minor issues that may arrive in the future and how to go about it, if and when that time arise.
Explain in details all he done and ask if I had any questions for him - scheduled my 6 months visit & away he went.
Personnel back at Caloosa Cooling are very kind and helpful.

Our Second maintenance of the year.
First: We are so happy with Caloosa Cooling, with the office personnel to scheduling to billing, we have no negative comments to say about them.
Charlie Pham was our serviceman, very courteous, respectful of our home, spoke to us in detail of all issues we had and issues he found.
All the issues were resolved in one service call.
Price was very fair, there were a couple of parts replaced.
We are so amazed of their knowledge on our unit.
We will continue doing business with Caloosa Cooling.

Our first cleaning service maintenance appointment of the year.
Luis was our tech guy sent from Caloosa. Luis was great he talked and explained to my husband and I about some issues with our heating system. About hour later after cleaning and troubleshooting our A/C & Heating unit, Luis walked us through our phone app to properly navigate through our smart app to correctly use the app.
All set, and once again we are happy customers.
6 month update July 2022,
My 6 month check up due, I love the way Caloosa keeps us informed of the appointment.
So, 9 Malachai Dougherty was our AC unit 6 month service guy.
I cannot praise the Co. and Malachai for a well thorough cleaning job he did. As we watched him service our unit we asked him questions, he was very knowledgeable to walk us thru our questions.
9 Malachai Dougherty reminded us of our contract for cleaning renewal, so we were able to sign up again with no worries.
We hope to see more of him in the near future.

My husband and I purchased a new construction home, the walk through is a bit overwhelming with information.
We read thru our paperwork, called in for our extended warranties, filled out forms and so forth. Well in our packaged given to us we missed some important information for our A/C unit. Two years later we ran into some serious costly repairs.
Caloosa Cooling responded to our call and send Dan, he looked over the unit and confirm a problem asked when was the unit last serviced? My husband and I looked at each other and said we believe never. Dan mentioned that we should had called 6 months after walk thru to have a thorough maintenance service check.
Dan was patiently kind, explain the importance of a maintenance plan to have your unit checked every 6 month. We schedule a date ASAP to replace wet insulation and restore the unit. A few days later Dan and Frank came right on time and started to take apart the A/C unit.
We purchased a service plan and decided to go with a total home filtration system to clean out any allergen’s, dust, pollutants in the air.
We are so grateful to Caloosa and Dan and Frank. Our home is cool and fresh and no waterfall in the garage.
