Dan went above and beyond by keeping the appointment after hours when the rest of the technicians had retired for the evening, plus doing so in the wake of the storm. He took care of the problem, putting my mind at ease in view of the impending storm.

Great experience with this company. They came out the same day we contacted them to fix our AC. Great communication when they would arrive. Charlie Pham repaired the AC and answered all of our questions. He explained the issue and the repair. I was very happy with the service he provided. Thank you so much, Charlie!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service from Dayan Rodriguez! I had a great experience with Caloosa Cooling today. My technician, Dayan Rodriguez, provided truly top-tier customer service. He was extremely helpful, detailed, thorough, and took his time investigating all of my concerns rather than making the visit feel rushed. I especially appreciated how knowledgeable and patient he was in explaining how my ductwork operates and how air flows throughout my home. He even took the extra time to map out my home’s ducts for me, which helped me better understand my HVAC system and what was happening in the different areas of my home. Dayan was professional, kind, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure my questions were answered before he left. This is the level of excellent customer service we need more of!

Ryan was awesome and honest!!! I was told I had major issues with my system he came out and troubleshot it and it ended up being that it was low on gas not that my parts was bad. So somebody was trying to take advantage of me and caloosa cooling came out trouble shot my system and did a honest diagnosed.

Caloosa Cooling just amazed me today. They replaced my upstairs AC unit, at a very good price. And get this, they did it next day. Wow, their warehouse must be huge and well stocked. The team is great, friendly and super-efficient. They got the job done in 4 hours, amazing. I wish more companies would be as well-oiled and clockwork like this company. If you need AC service, you would be a fool not to choose Caloosa Cooling.

I have had Caloosa Cooling since I moved here four years ago. I have used Caloosa for maintenance and repairs for the system that was here when I purchased the house and recently to install a new heating cooling system. All the technicians that have come here are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, do not leave a mess behind and take the time to help you understand your system. The office personnel are friendly and very helpful. If you are looking for a heating cooling company, Caloosa is a great choice.
