• This morning Bill from your office came by and said they noticed the vent cap to our gas water heater had blown off during hurricane Irma. I was taken back at how proactive this was, and I asked Bill who initiated this. He said the owner and management of Caloosa Cooling decided it was the right thing to do, to take care of customers whose installations they had done, I am blown away by your caring and proactivity. I called Samantha in your office to pass these sentiments along to you, and to schedule our next maintenance. Your actions are exemplary, especially right after a hurricane. Thank you from a grateful customer.

  • Dear Owner/Manager,

    I called your office yesterday morning to schedule a service call. I was pleasantly surprised when the nice girl on the phone indicated someone could come to my house between noon and 2:00 pm.

    The service man arrived before noon. (He called before arriving). Bill Cole is the young man that came to our house. He was one of the nicest people we have ever encountered.  After asking me a couple questions about our air conditioning issue, he went right away what the problem was. It was a clogged drain pipe. He explained everything, showed me a couple safety features that I did not know about, and he did this in such a friendly manner and so respectful.

    He was very thorough resolving our problem and didn't waste one single minute.

    I just want you to know what a valuable  employee you have in Bill Cole. We signed up for the annual maintenance schedule and we will for sure ask for Bill in the future.

    I had to call for emergency service for my air conditioner unit on Sunday, January10, 2016. Unfortunately, he had to order parts to fix the problem. I just wanted to commend this young man for his attitude, attention to detail and ability to explain to me what the problem was. He took time, even at 11:00 PM on a Sunday night. He told me he would order the part the following morning, and he did exactly that. You have a very good employee in Tony and an even better person.

    On Tuesday, another young man was sent to repair the AC. He arrived on time and quickly went to work. His name was Bill Cole, and he was again professional, courteous, and competent. Bill replace the part, explained the problem and what to look for, how to do routine maintenance to keep the unit working properly, ordered a filter for the unit, and even told me about your twice yearly checkup plan. I quickly signed up for this service and was so happy that Bill took time to offer this service. Bill even went above and beyond by delivering the filter I ordered the very next day. Bill is an exceptional young man, and I just wanted to show my appreciation by telling Caloosa what he did for me.

    I cannot adequately put into words my thanks and admiration for these young men. I feel that Caloosa Cooling is blessed to have quality employees like these two. I thank all of those at Caloosa for providing the service expertise, along with being just very congenial people.
