• We had the dreaded failed Compressor. After finding out IT WAS covered under our warranty the quickly ordered the part ( it took 2 days due to the slow down of everything because of COVID) They recieved the part and immediately came out and installed it and made sure all was good before they left. Always great to deal with and genuinely concerned about your situation.

He even put in a valve to clean. He left everything nice and clean. They even registered my ac unit for me!

  • Yesterday our Carrier Air Conditioner which was originally installed by Caloosa Cooling three and one half years ago stopped working at 6 PM. It did not take long for the house to reach 85+ degrees. My wife is extremely sensitive to high heat and humidity since she has MS. I called Caloosa and was pleasantly surprised, they answered on the third ring without lengthy recorded messages, they were very courteous and told me that a repair person would be calling me within minutes. That call came in shortly afterwards and within 25 minutes the repair person arrived. Again I was impressed by the prompt service. After the repair technician (Todd) made his diagnosis he explained the problem to us and went to work. He was very courteous and the explanation of the problem was easily understood and included the cost to repair our system. Within an hour we were up and running and could feel the house cooling down.

    As a result of this outstanding service in a day and age when customer service seems at best mediocre Caloosa came through with super high marks!

    (a) The first phone call made was answered promptly with a courteous and understanding concern.

    (b) They were here in under an hour and it was after normal day shift work schedules.

    (c) We were given a complete explanation of the problem and the cost to repair.

    (d) The repair was made and the actual defective part was shown to us.

    As a result of this I am signing on with Caloosa for their bi-annual Service Contract.

  • This morning Bill from your office came by and said they noticed the vent cap to our gas water heater had blown off during hurricane Irma. I was taken back at how proactive this was, and I asked Bill who initiated this. He said the owner and management of Caloosa Cooling decided it was the right thing to do, to take care of customers whose installations they had done, I am blown away by your caring and proactivity. I called Samantha in your office to pass these sentiments along to you, and to schedule our next maintenance. Your actions are exemplary, especially right after a hurricane.   • Dear Owner/Manager,

    I called your office yesterday morning to schedule a service call. I was pleasantly surprised when the nice girl on the phone indicated someone could come to my house between noon and 2:00 pm.

    The service man arrived before noon. (He called before arriving). Bill Cole is the young man that came to our house. He was one of the nicest people we have ever encountered.  After asking me a couple questions about our air conditioning issue, he went right away what the problem was. It was a clogged drain pipe. He explained everything, showed me a couple safety features that I did not know about, and he did this in such a friendly manner and so respectful.

    He was very thorough resolving our problem and didn't waste one single minute.

    I just want you to know what a valuable  employee you have in Bill Cole. We signed up for the annual maintenance schedule and we will for sure ask for Bill in the future.
