My initial review of this company did not go unnoticed. While it took a little while for my review to get noticed, I did receive a reply to it followed by a phone call from one of the new owners. During our conversation, he agreed with my observations and disappointment with the customer service provided and said he would would have done the same if he were in my place.
The owner kept me updated on his efforts to correct the customer service mistake by owning and correcting the customer service flaw exhibited by the front desk person that took my call and the manager that handled my complaint.
I understand that we all are human and can make mistakes. The company was quick at resolving the issue, but, unfortunately, the attitude of two employees prompted me to write the initial low-rate review. Now that everything has been taken care of and the owners of the company took action to prevent issues like the one I experienced, it would not be fair for me to keep the initial review, therefore, I have corrected it to reflect my new experience.
