Had a great overall experience. Eric, our technician was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Left a message when he anticipated arriving at our residence, and was on-time. He quickly diagnosed our problem and provided the estimate. Very impressive technician - the work was done quickly and thoroughly. Eric answered all of my questions and provided some very important with the cooling situation. I highly recommend Eric and Caloosa Cooling!

Their prices are in line or less than other AC companies and their maintenance programs are well worth the cost.
