I started the annual contract a year ago. Contacted Caloosa as they are the company that installed the a/c system in my home. So far, so good. Good customer service, and responsive. I have not check with other companies so I can't compare pricing. In reality the technicians have been great (specially Frank on today's visit) and I have not felt the need to go elsewhere. Frank was very detail and explanatory with what he was doing, his findings and the options available.

The team at Caloosa was helpful and made sure we were taken care of within 12 hours of my initial call. Our unit was covered in mold and the technician cleaned it, replaced the filters, and put in a new purifying system while he was here so we had our unit fixed the same day. He was on time, very helpful, and showed me how to use everything he installed. I’m very impressed and would highly recommend.
